Since 2014 Marmaz Group is an established Malaysian company that has been actively involved in the construction sector since 2014. Over the years, the company has expanded its core business into several strategic industries, including property management, oil and gas activities, and infrastructure engineering. This diversification reflects Marmaz's strong leadership, stable growth, and its ability to adapt to evolving industry demands. The company maintains a solid financial standing and has upheld a consistent record of excellence since its inception. Marmaz is registered as a G7 Construction Contractor, the highest classification in Malaysia, authorizing the company to undertake projects of unlimited value. In addition, Marmaz is certified under the Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) through ACS Certification, holding registration number ACSMA0492.

This certification signifies the company's commitment to international-quality standards, operational integrity, and continuous improvement. Marmaz is currently preparing to undertake several major strategic projects through its subsidiaries and joint ventures. Among these are the Tank Terminal Project in Sipitang under Marmaz Sipitang Oil and Gas (MSOGSB), a high-technology Shipyard Project under Sipitang Shipbuilding Sdn Bhd, and a statewide solar development program in partnership with Zinnia Synergy Sdn Bhd. These projects form part of Marmaz’s long-term vision to contribute to Sabah's economic transformation through industrial development, renewable energy expansion, and infrastructure modernization.
To ensure world-class delivery, Marmaz works closely with reputable international and local project management firms. Its global PMC partner is MUC Engineering from Dubai, while its local PMC is Arkitek EDP International Sdn Bhd. For engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) works, Marmaz collaborates with DNB Petroleum Sdn Bhd, ensuring each project is executed with precision, quality, and technical excellence. Marmaz's business network extends across multiple regions, supported by strong partnerships in London, Dubai, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong. These international linkages enhance the company's access to technology, financing, supply chains, and specialized expertise-further reinforcing its capabilities in delivering large-scale, high-impact projects.

Financially, the company is supported by leading advisory partners including Banco LQID, Capital Investment Bank Labuan (CIBL), and Finial Holding Limited(Finial).
