MARMAZ CONSTRUCTION
Marmaz Construction Began as a general contractor in 2014. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, projects management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Today, Marmaz Construction takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
One of our projects, The Serene Lakeside Residence, Tuaran is a privileged community of only 137 units, each one a meticulously designed modern tropical home designed with thoughtfully selected materials and timeless façade. Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that client’s objective are top priority in the planning and execution of all our process. Our project management and execution philosophy is to create detail schedule and resources plan to meet client’s project objective, communicate clearly with all project stakeholders, track project progress and fine-tune deviations, supervise closely on quality of work done, complete and commission the project on time.

High Tech Solar Development Project In Sabah
Solar Development Projects in Sabah Marmaz Group Holding, in strategic partnership with Zinnia Synergy Sdn Bhd, is actively involved in advancing solar energy solutions across Sabah. This collaboration represents a shared commitment to sustainable development, energy reliability, and the expansion of modern renewable technology throughout the state.
The manufacturing facility supporting this initiative is fully operational in Puchong, Kuala Lumpur, producing high-quality solar systems that comply with approved industry standards and the latest market requirements. The products manufactured are designed for durability, efficiency, and maximum performance, ensuring they meet both domestic and international expectations for advanced solar technology.
This solar project aims to address the longstanding issue of electricity shortages in Sabah, especially in rural, remote, and hard-to-reach districts where access to stable electrical supply remains limited. By deploying modern, efficient solar systems, the partnership seeks to provide reliable energy alternatives that can enhance the quality of life for communities and support local socio-economic growth. Looking ahead, Marmaz Group Holding and Zinnia Synergy Sdn Bhd intend to propose the development of large-scale Solar Farms to the Sabah State Government.
This long-term initiative is expected to expand renewable energy capacity, strengthen state energy security, and reduce dependence on conventional power generation. The solar units utilised under this collaboration are high-performance systems, featuring a fast charging rate of approximately 4 hours and the ability to supply power for up to two days of continuous use.
Additionally, these systems are engineered to operate effectively even in low-sunlight environments, making them highly suitable for diverse weather conditions and shaded rural locations throughout Sabah. Through this partnership, Marmaz Group Holding and Zinnia Synergy Sdn Bhd are positioned to deliver impactful, sustainable, and future-forward energy solutions that benefit the people and the economy of Sabah.
Development of a Modern, High-Technology Shipyard in Sipitang. Sipitang Shipbuilding Sdn Bhd,
A subsidiary of Marmaz Group, is set to undertake the development of a modern, high technology shipyard in Sipitang. The project will cover approximately 300 acres of strategically located land and carries an estimated development value of RM3.8 billion.

Beyond its industrial impact, the project will have a significant socioeconomic influence. The shipyard is expected to create approximately 3,500 job opportunities, spanning skilled labor, engineering, technical roles, and management positions. This development will contribute to the creation of anew generation of highly knowledgeable and skilled Sabahans within the shipbuilding and maritime industries.
